Associate Product Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Associate Product Designer, this full-time remote position will focus on designing intuitive payroll and team management experiences, collaborating with a team of designers, product managers, and engineers to enhance user interactions and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver payroll-centric tools that improve user experience
• Develop intuitive onboarding processes and assist customers in understanding payroll functionalities
• Utilize design systems and feedback to create user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating UI design skills
• Proficiency in design tools, preferably Figma, with a focus on delivering pixel-perfect designs
• Solid understanding of UX principles and best practices for both web and native mobile applications
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance the design process
• Ability to engage with customers for feedback and insights on product features
