Associate Product Development Manager

Job Summary

To support the execution of clinical and drug development programs, the full-time Associate Product Development Manager will manage cross-program coordination, financial ledger management, and regulatory operations while ensuring documentation and operational processes run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate development team meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and synthesize program updates into a portfolio-level view
• Maintain accurate financial ledgers and budget trackers, coordinating budget reconciliation with Product Managers and Finance
• Manage the regulatory submission process and maintain document management practices, ensuring quality control and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of program, project, operations, or administrative coordination experience, preferably in biotech or life sciences
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and maintain accurate trackers and records
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying gaps and driving follow-up
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
