Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Product Manager (RCM and Finance).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in tracking, triaging, and resolving product defects while ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Support the development and management of patient statements and billing communications for Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF)
• Gather and document product requirements to support financial teams transitioning back from Senior Living operations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Product management, healthcare, or revenue cycle management
• Familiarity with CMS, HIPAA, and payer regulations is a plus
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
