Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Product Manager (Admin Products).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in tracking, triaging, and resolving product defects while ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Support provider credentialing, contracting, and administrative workflows to enhance provider and payer processes
  • Help improve user experience and system optimization for administrative product users, including regulatory compliance support
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in product management, healthcare, or administrative solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, document management, and enterprise user management is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
