Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Product Manager Commerce & ACTIVE Refund.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary product owner for ACTIVE Refund, ensuring product health and performance tracking
• Monitor adoption, conversion, refund outcomes, and revenue performance across event types and seasons
• Produce reports and summaries for product, finance, and operations leadership while supporting implementation across commerce products

Required Qualifications

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills including pivots and formulas
• Ability to interpret trends and anomalies for non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with basic product management workflows and tools
• Experience managing recurring operational responsibilities
• Comfort operating across product, commerce, finance, and support teams
