Required Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience with an undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent experience in an EdTech-adjacent role
• High degree of empathy for teachers and students
• Strong ability to build delightful user experiences
• Proven leadership experience and ability to influence others without direct authority
• Experience in leading projects and a passion for educational equity
