Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the development and delivery of a Childcare Center Management platform, the full-time remote Associate Product Manager will collaborate with Product leadership, Engineering, and Design to create high-quality product experiences, leveraging AI to enhance customer workflows and engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product features that address customer needs
• Translate product strategy into actionable user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Own specific features or workflows from discovery through delivery, utilizing AI tools to streamline development

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in delivering SaaS or consumer software products within cross-functional teams
• 2+ years of experience working in an agile/scrum environment in a product or related role
• Experience using AI tools for product development, including requirements definition and prototyping
• Strong interest in AI/ML and its application in enhancing product experiences
• Bachelor's degree preferred, with a technical or design background being a plus
