Job Summary

Focusing on the development and delivery of virtual card programs, the full-time Associate Product Manager will seek user feedback, support customer discovery efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Seek user feedback to understand customer engagement with the product
• Assist in developing initiatives and prioritization for the product team
• Manage go-to-market planning and execution for new services

Required qualifications

• Fundamental knowledge of virtual cards and credit card processing
• 1+ years of experience with virtual card operations and support
• Experience in maintaining scalable solutions enabled by data and technology
• Proven ability to collaborate across internal and external teams
• Intellectually curious mindset with a willingness to ask questions
