Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Associate Product Manager will drive the development of scalable data products and analytics capabilities while managing stakeholder expectations and prioritizing project roadmaps in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and UX designers to ensure timely delivery of product features
• Analyze product data to derive insights for prioritization and optimization of products
• Translate business and operational needs into a prioritized roadmap for the Enterprise Data Warehouse

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
• 2+ years of experience in a Product Management or Software Engineering role
• Experience with pharmacy benefit management or health care companies
• Highly analytical with knowledge of SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools
• Experience with agile framework; certified Scrum Product Owner preferred
