Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an Associate Product Manager to work full-time, either remotely or in New York, who will support the development and scaling of a client-facing software platform in the energy management sector by translating user needs into actionable product specifications, managing documentation, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product requirements, user stories, and feature development, while organizing documentation of product scopes and timelines
• Own feature testing and validation, identifying bugs and improvement opportunities to ensure alignment with user behavior
• Gather and synthesize user feedback and data insights to drive product improvements and maintain clear communication across teams

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in product management, product operations, analytics, or a related field
• Proficiency in SQL and strong data analysis skills, particularly in Excel
• Experience working collaboratively with software engineering and business teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
• Empathetic problem-solver comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities
