Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the development and execution of digital experiences, the full-time Associate Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the American Express Global Lounge Collection ecosystem through innovative digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery and execution of the roadmap for Lounge Services
• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria while maintaining product backlogs
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to facilitate feature development and launch readiness

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Product Management or a related field
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles
• Strong written communication skills for drafting structured requirements
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for actionable insights
• Basic technical fluency, including understanding of APIs and mobile/web development concepts
