Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

As a remote Associate State Product Manager, the candidate will monitor and optimize business operations in existing markets, drive product enhancements, and analyze performance metrics to ensure competitive positioning in the auto insurance industry.

Key responsibilities

• Drive results by developing, enhancing, and maintaining the auto product in assigned states, setting rate levels, and managing project timelines for profitable growth
• Analyze performance by developing reporting systems and maintaining awareness of key performance indicators, recommending adjustments as needed
• Collaborate across the organization by establishing relationships with marketing, claims, underwriting, and distribution teams to ensure productive outcomes in assigned markets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; professional designations related to insurance are a plus
• 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in product management, underwriting, or analytics
• Hands-on experience with analytical techniques and familiarity with SQL-based data analysis
