Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Associate Product Manager will manage operations for existing and new specialty products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product integration and performance while supporting strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing product opportunities, performance, and capacity for new clients
• Contribute to requirements and test plans for system enhancements
• Monitor product performance and utility, documenting issues with claims associated with assigned products

Required qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in product management or related fields such as pharmaceutical claims adjudication or health insurance
• Experience in the health, biomedical, or pharmaceutical fields is preferred
• Ability to participate in and support compliance program objectives
• Demonstrated ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues
