Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the Core squad roadmap, the full-time remote Associate Product Manager will prioritize improvements and feature enhancements, analyze user engagement data, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to enhance the platform's value and drive client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage the Core squad roadmap, focusing on client satisfaction and retention
• Analyze support tickets and user engagement data to identify issues and inform product improvements
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to uncover needs and enhance product functionality

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of product management or related experience in a SaaS environment
• Strong analytical skills with an interest in data and user behavior
• Experience working directly with clients and internal teams to identify needs
• Familiarity with product analytics tools like Pendo, Mixpanel, or Amplitude is a plus
• Experience in sports, media, or sponsorship is a plus but not required
