Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Associate Product Manager will own the roadmap for platform improvements, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and manage project scopes and sprints to enhance product reliability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Owning the roadmap and backlog for platform improvements and new initiatives
• Removing blockers for customer-facing product teams to ensure they meet their objectives
• Scoping and defining projects, creating Jira tickets, and managing sprints to deliver work on schedule

Required qualifications

• Computer science degree or related hands-on experience as an engineer, DBA, or system admin
• 2+ years of product management experience is beneficial, but a disciplined mindset for managing complex projects is also valued
• A keen interest in technology, particularly related to software development
• Understanding of agile development practices and SaaS product development
• Excellent communication skills suitable for a remote-first environment
