Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Associate Product Manager will partner with a Product Manager to translate product strategy into actionable specifications, engage with stakeholders to clarify needs, and oversee the implementation of analytics to drive product development for the transportation management system, MxTMS.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to create detailed specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product development
• Engage with internal stakeholders and customers to gather insights and validate product assumptions
• Manage the Pendo implementation for MxTMS, ensuring quality and analytics inform future product decisions

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a business analyst, associate product manager, or similar role
• Strong product intuition with a focus on building the right solutions
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders
• Familiarity with APIs and data concepts, enabling productive discussions with developers
• Enthusiasm for utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency
