Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Launch Product Management team, the full-time remote Associate Product Manager will manage and document technical and functional requirements for digital and store capabilities, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business, technical, and functional requirements for launch product initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements that improve the customer launch experience
• Manage product backlogs and user acceptance criteria within JIRA to ensure alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in a Business Analyst, Associate Product Manager, or similar role
• Strong technical aptitude with an understanding of digital and web technologies, including eCommerce platforms
• Familiarity with the sneaker launch reservation process and related brands
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, along with experience using JIRA and Confluence
