Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the product management team, the remote Associate Product Manager will oversee the development of the InControl charge management system, manage cross-functional workflows, and engage with users to ensure product alignment with their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the workflow of a cross-functional software development team on the InControl charger management system
• Communicate and collaborate with the user community to gather software requirements and insights
• Draft actionable Product Requirements Documents and engage with design and development teams for input

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in product management or project management
• 2+ years of experience managing remote teams
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Familiarity with AI tooling for drafting tickets and creating prototypes
