Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Product Manager, the full-time Associate Product Manager will define product release requirements, assist in go-to-market strategies, and analyze product profitability while collaborating with various teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize product profitability and sales success for on-demand audio and video interpreting
• Translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements for On Demand Interpreting and AI-powered solutions
• Evaluate AI products and capabilities to enhance data analysis, customer experience, and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, product development, sales, or product management
• Proficiency in analyzing product and operational data using tools such as Elastic, Tableau, or Excel
• Experience with AI products or platforms and the ability to translate use cases into product requirements
• Strong writing and public speaking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution
