Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the development of online products and scientific software platforms, the full-time remote Associate Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, manage product backlogs, and document customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Support the definition and documentation of product requirements and user stories
• Assist with backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination
• Gather and summarize customer feedback, enhancement requests, and product issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, computer science, information systems, business, or a related field
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Interest in scientific software, data products, APIs, or technology-enabled research solutions
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative, cross-functional environment
• Ability to learn technical and scientific concepts and communicate them clearly
