Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the planning and development of customer-focused products, the full-time Associate Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into product requirements and assist in Agile delivery, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Product Managers in defining product vision, roadmap priorities, and feature requirements through information gathering and documentation
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product demonstrations to ensure successful product delivery
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, market research, and product usage data to identify opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• Up to 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, software development, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Education, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Foundational understanding of Agile product development and product lifecycle concepts
• Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools and a willingness to learn AI-enabled product management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer feedback and product data
