Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Insurance/Annuities and Alternative Investments teams, the full-time Associate Product Manager will manage operational administration, workflow processes, and documentation while assisting with strategic growth initiatives in a hybrid or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage department workflows, respond to service requests, and assist with the transition of annuity and insurance business
• Support operational processes for the Alternative Investments platform, including creating advisor-facing materials and tracking follow-up items
• Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with product onboarding and troubleshooting operational issues

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance and annuity and/or alternative investment teams at wealth management firms, insurance carriers, or asset managers
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including CoPilot
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks across product lines
• Desire to expand knowledge and responsibilities in one or both product lines over time
