Associate Product Manager, Analytics

Job Summary

Supporting the Analytics Organization, the full-time Associate Product Manager, Analytics will work remotely to develop requirements, project goals, and implementation plans while collaborating with product teams and business owners to deliver data products that enhance intelligence across tools.

Key responsibilities

• Work with internal teams and end users to understand requirements and design thoughtful solutions
• Partner with business owners to articulate a shared vision for problem spaces and prioritize project goals
• Write detailed user stories for new features that define business rationale, requirements, and success criteria

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 2+ years of experience in analytics, product management, or similar technology roles in large healthcare organizations
• Demonstrated background in data, analytics, or related fields
• Experience participating in Agile/Scrum teams or using Agile methodology in product development
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello
