Associate Product Manager - P&C

Job Summary

Supporting the development and execution of product strategies, the full-time Associate Product Manager - P&C will analyze product performance, implement pricing enhancements, and deliver data-driven insights in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of product strategies that drive profitable P&C growth
• Perform financial, market, competitive, and industry analyses to identify growth opportunities
• Communicate product performance and key initiatives to internal stakeholders and regulatory partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Insurance, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance, product management, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to interpret market data
• Experience building reports and dashboards using Excel and business intelligence tools
• Knowledge of insurance product development, pricing, and regulatory filing processes is preferred
