Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Product Owner, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to develop and release product solutions aligned with business value
• Provide business leadership by prioritizing backlogs, defining release timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet stakeholder needs
• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet strategic priorities and drive continuous refinement of features

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experienced Product Owner with knowledge of the SAFe framework and Agile Release Train leadership
• Strong understanding of insurance operations and technology integration
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills to influence and build relationships across teams
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 3+ years in business or project delivery
• Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet and located in the United States
