Associate Product Owner

Job Summary

To support the delivery of high-impact solutions, the full-time salaried Associate Product Owner will manage the product backlog, translate business requirements into user stories, and collaborate with stakeholders and development teams in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the management and prioritization of the product backlog under the guidance of senior Product Owners and business leaders
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and sprint reviews

Required qualifications:

• 0-3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Office preferred
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
