Associate Product Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the development of GastroPlus, the full-time Associate Product Specialist will assist with customer interactions, documentation efforts, and product support in a remote environment, while gaining foundational skills in product and technical support.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate user needs and scientific advancements into specifications for product improvement and work with the development team to define and test product features
• Present GastroPlus to potential customers, respond to inquiries, assist with user onboarding, and deliver training sessions
• Update existing documentation, create user guides, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and process improvements

Required qualifications:

• Previous research or professional experience in PBPK/PBBM modeling preferred
• Masters or PhD in PBPK/PBBM modeling, computational engineering, life sciences, or related field preferred
• Basic understanding of software applications and concepts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong learning agility and detail-oriented approach
