Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Representative - Tier 1 (SaaS/Healthcare/Patient).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance on EMR platforms to clients
  • Develop knowledge in one of three core domains: Practice Management, Clinical, or Billing/RCM
  • Manage client cases effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • At least 2 years of software application support experience in a SaaS environment
  • High technical aptitude with a proven track record in client support
  • Medical Practice / Patient Front Office experience preferred
  • Must be able to work on a Pacific Time Zone schedule
