Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Representative - Tier 1 (SaaS/Healthcare/Patient).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance on EMR platforms to clients
- Develop knowledge in one of three core domains: Practice Management, Clinical, or Billing/RCM
- Manage client cases effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- At least 2 years of software application support experience in a SaaS environment
- High technical aptitude with a proven track record in client support
- Medical Practice / Patient Front Office experience preferred
- Must be able to work on a Pacific Time Zone schedule
