Associate Production Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Production Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage critical production systems to ensure operational excellence and revenue protection
• Lead incident response for production outages and coordinate across teams for quick restoration of services
• Support the development of Site Reliability Engineering practices and contribute to automation and operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting production systems, networks, or applications
• Understanding of fundamental programming concepts and basic scripting abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with SQL and relational databases for data analysis and troubleshooting
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner level knowledge or equivalent cloud platform experience
