Associate Production Support Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Associate Production Support Engineer will serve as the first line of technical support for customers, resolving connectivity, configuration, and messaging issues while educating clients on self-service tools.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve Tier I support tickets, escalating as necessary
- Instruct customers on updating configurations and troubleshooting basic connectivity issues
- Monitor production feeds and respond to critical support issues during work hours and on call shifts
Required qualifications:
- Technical support experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical data, such as JSON and HL7v2
- Understanding of APIs and web service protocols
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to customers
- Organized and customer service-oriented mindset
