Associate Professor of Undergraduate Studies

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Professor, Undergraduate Studies, CFFP.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Department of Undergraduate Studies, including faculty recruitment and evaluation
• Design and develop curriculum for new undergraduate certificates and micro-credentials
• Serve as the lead instructor for undergraduate courses and manage student advising

Required Qualifications

• A terminal degree with 18 graduate credit hours in a relevant discipline in social and behavioral sciences
• 5+ years of experience in a faculty role with academic administration and curriculum development
• Exceptional computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite, Google applications, and learning management systems
• Solid understanding of the higher education landscape, particularly regarding stackable pathways and adult learning
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred
