Associate Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Program Manager to support project and program management in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 3-5 projects simultaneously, focusing on pharmacy implementations and ongoing program management
• Plan, direct schedules, and monitor project budgets from inception through delivery
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and drive action items to completion while identifying process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration within an organization
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays for project go-lives
