Associate Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Program Manager to support program operations and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support definition and tracking of priorities within assigned programs in collaboration with stakeholders
• Track action items, identify risks or blockers, and facilitate communication across teams
• Assist with proposal development, including coordinating inputs, timelines, and budgets

Required Qualifications

• MS or PhD in science or engineering or equivalent experience in a technology-driven environment
• Familiarity with genomics, epidemiology, clinical trials, or biomedical data analysis
• Early-career experience in project or program coordination, research operations, or consulting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and sometimes ambiguous environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a willingness to learn
