Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Program Manager - Provider Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Provider Experience initiatives by tracking project deliverables and ensuring timely completion
  • Maintain organized documentation to promote transparency and accountability across projects
  • Assist in developing presentations and materials for leadership and project teams


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in management, communications, healthcare, business, or a related field (2 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SharePoint experience is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
