Associate Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing the lifecycle of fintech partnerships, the full-time Associate Program Manager will serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective communication and coordination while overseeing onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with fintech strategic partnerships, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support
• Coordinate partnership meetings, track deliverables, and maintain communication with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain partnership metrics and reporting, providing regular project status updates

Required qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2-3 years of project or program management experience
• Experience in financial services, preferably in a fintech environment
• Familiarity with program/project management tools like Asana and GSuites
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks
