Job Summary

Supporting program participation and client satisfaction, the full-time Associate Program Manager will build partnerships, manage project priorities, and track program performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate program participation and ensure high levels of client and customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients, customers, and internal teams
• Track program budgets, goals, and resource allocation to ensure effective delivery

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in project management and time management
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
• Experience in data analysis and reporting to measure performance
