Associate Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the successful delivery of client programs, the full-time remote Associate Program Manager will manage cross-functional teams, oversee program budgets, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of client programs across planning, implementation, and closeout phases
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery and monitor performance against milestones
• Assist in managing program budgets and financial performance, participating in contract development and execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 3-4 years of project or program management experience
• 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing program deliverables
• Financial acumen with experience tracking budgets and performance metrics
