Associate Project Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting various teams remotely, the full-time Associate Project Analyst will assist in preparing Benefit Analyses and Letters of Engagement while gathering and reviewing real estate data to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in determining competitive pricing for cost segregation studies and estimate projected tax deductions
• Prepare Benefit Analyses and Letters of Engagement for Sales, ensuring timely completion and accuracy
• Collaborate with Project Analysts and consult with Lead Engineers to improve workflows and validate project scope

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Entry-level or early career experience in finance, analysis, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience with PDF editing tools and familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate data effectively
