Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary remote point of contact for on-site technicians during overnight installations
• Perform administrative tasks related to documentation and work orders, ensuring timely equipment delivery
• Review project deliverables and ensure compliance with customer standards through documentation checks

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1+ years of experience in a related field
• High School Diploma required
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, such as network ports and IP-based systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work overnight hours and adapt to changing priorities
