Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Associate Project Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for on-site technicians during installations, manage project documentation, and ensure timely communication of project statuses and issues.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary remote contact for technicians, communicating delays and installation issues to Project Leads
- Prepare documentation and assign work orders, ensuring timely delivery of equipment and confirming installation dates
- Review project deliverables, including pre- and post-installation photos, for accuracy and compliance with customer standards
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years of experience in a related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as network ports and IP-based systems
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and customer service skills with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
