Associate Project Delivery Lead

Job Summary

Managing customer projects remotely, the full-time Associate Project Delivery Lead will plan, track, and oversee smaller-scale projects, ensuring successful onboarding and communication between clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Transition clients onto Thrive managed services and manage the entire project life cycle
• Investigate project needs and collaborate with account managers to define success criteria and technical requirements
• Assign tasks to Engineers and communicate project statuses to customers through updates and meetings

Required qualifications

• Moderate experience in project management and professional services
• Skilled in managing project plans and creating timelines
• Understanding of cloud computing, networking, cyber security, and disaster recovery concepts
• Familiarity with Thrive technologies such as Office 365, Microsoft Server OS, and Azure
• Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and teamwork
