Associate Project Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Project Lead to join their Implementation Team in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and adapt implementation projects to meet evolving customer needs
• Lead setup, configuration, activation, and intermediate troubleshooting for successful deployments
• Own end-to-end customer communication, managing expectations and sharing progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of Customer Service experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• PMP Certification (preferred)
• Experience in the insurance industry or implementation (preferred)
