Associate Project Leader

Job Summary

Associate Project Leader is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing government-sponsored clinical research projects, ensuring deliverables are met within timelines and budgets while maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of clinical research projects, collaborating with various departments
• Set project priorities, ensure quality processes, and maintain deliverable timelines
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing their needs and engaging in new opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 4 years, or PhD with 1 year of experience in project management in a research environment
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex clinical trials or research projects
• Experience in federally-funded research is preferred
• Strong understanding of clinical research management principles
• Ability to mentor and support project staff while working effectively in a team environment
