Associate Project Leader

Job Summary

Associate Project Leader is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing clinical research projects, managing client relationships, and mentoring staff while ensuring project delivery within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee technical, scientific, and fiscal aspects of research projects while collaborating with various departments
• Engage with clients to assess needs and identify new business opportunities for ongoing studies
• Supervise and mentor lower-level project leaders and staff, ensuring proper training and development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least 6 years, or a PhD with at least 3 years of experience in pharma/CRO
• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical trial management principles with at least 3 years of management experience
• Prior experience in managing late-stage clinical trials is preferred
• Proven track record of delivering complex clinical trials on time and within budget
• Experience in therapeutic research areas related to substance use and mental health is strongly preferred
