Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting project management activities in a remote capacity, the full-time Associate Project Manager will assist with advisory engagements, coordinate project planning, and contribute to engagement reporting while developing foundational expertise in project management and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and gathering data for engagement reporting and support end-to-end delivery coordination for low complexity projects
• Coordinate project planning activities, including schedule development, milestone tracking, and risk identification
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of project management best practices

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is a plus
• Experience in a client-facing or technical support role
• Exposure to or interest in AI/ML, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and/or Cloud technologies
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks across multiple assignments
• Familiarity with project management frameworks (SCRUM, PMBOK) is advantageous
