Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager to manage and oversee various projects within the Lien Resolution - Operations department.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle escalations from two direct reports
• Understand and document processes for clarity and efficiency
• Manage audits for new programs and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in medical coding and billing, preferably from a lien resolution vendor
• Strong understanding of medical coding and billing processes
• Ability to mentor new hires and guide them through training
• Proficiency in working with audit processes and maintaining SOPs
