Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager to oversee multiple projects under the guidance of Project Management Office leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive projects from inception to completion, identifying and documenting project requirements while supporting clients and stakeholders
  • Facilitate internal and external planning meetings, prepare agendas, document discussions, and assign action items
  • Monitor project health and governance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while adhering to quality standards
Required Qualifications
  • Related degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of project management experience in a client-facing role within a professional services organization
  • Ability to manage a high volume of smaller projects/tasks
  • Understanding of project budget management
  • CAPM certification preferred
