Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Associate Project Manager to assist in project management coordination and execution for North America clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure client and project requirements are met with high quality and accuracy through regular communication
• Convert client requirements into operational work requests and monitor progress while updating stakeholders on deadlines
• Manage project execution from planning through final production, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to budgets

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney roles, with four to five years overall experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Hands-on experience with Relativity
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and BI is highly desirable
• Flexibility to work night shifts and occasionally on weekends is required
