Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager to assist in the installation of security equipment for multi-site national rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, including establishing scope, timeline, and budget
• Support project delivery by coordinating with teams, stakeholders, and subcontractors
• Manage project close-out processes, including performance assessment and documentation of lessons learned

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Burglar Alarm, Fire Alarm, Video Surveillance, and Access Control systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Business Dynamics 365, Adobe, and Visio
• Project Management training or equivalent work experience
• Ability to interpret blueprint designs, both hard copy and electronic
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with various stakeholders
