Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager to support the PMO team in managing documentation and meeting coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with meeting owners to prepare and distribute agendas
  • Document and finalize meeting minutes, including action items and decisions
  • Conduct PMO quality checks on meeting minutes and perform additional project management activities as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience developing meeting agendas and documenting detailed minutes
  • Familiarity with healthcare or state government projects
  • Client-facing experience with State Medicaid agencies is preferred
  • Ability to follow and document technical discussions accurately
