Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager to support the PMO team in managing documentation and meeting coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with meeting owners to prepare and distribute agendas
- Document and finalize meeting minutes, including action items and decisions
- Conduct PMO quality checks on meeting minutes and perform additional project management activities as needed
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Drive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience developing meeting agendas and documenting detailed minutes
- Familiarity with healthcare or state government projects
- Client-facing experience with State Medicaid agencies is preferred
- Ability to follow and document technical discussions accurately
